The Texas Journal of Business Law
The Journal was originally called the Business Law Bulletin and was started in the early 1980's. Search issues from 2011 to the present.
CLE Materials
The Section sponsors between two and four continuing legal education programs annually, working with the professionals at Texas Bar CLE and UT CLE. Our members are called upon to serve on planning committees for these programs and then seek out experts on the topics that the planning committees determine are important. Here, you will find presentation slides, papers and webcasts from those programs.
Legislation
Every biennial, the Business Law Section partners with the Texas Foundation for Business Law to monitor the making of legislation by the Texas Legislature. Here, you will find weekly reports concerning bills being introduced that affect business law in Texas as well as links to other sites with materials from sessions of the Texas Legislature such as Texas Legislature Online. You must be a logged in member of the Section in order to access them.
