The Texas Journal of Business Law (2)

In 2025, the Business Law Section began collaborating with the Texas Business Law Society, a student organization at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, to explore the reestablishment of the Texas Journal of Business Law. The newest issue, published in Spring 2026, was a new report on Legal Opinions regarding Texas corporation from our Legal Opinions committee. A new set of articles and TX Business Court case notes will be available in the Summer of 2026.
